3D Max 2010 Interior Design Project

I need a very simple 3D model of 1 bedroom apt. living room with furniture, kitchen, dining, bedroom with furniture. This project includes simple animation? ? Use 3D Max 2010 and AutoCAD Architectural 2010 ? ? ## Deliverables ? This project includes animation ? 1. TV playing 2. Kitchen drawers opening 3. Dining table cloth moving 4. sky showing from the balcony with clouds moving 5. any interesting simple animation ? I need to show the progress of this project in 3 stages ? 1. Need to show that the model is ready with all furniture in place (Due Friday 11/06/2009) 1. Preview of animation (Due Friday 11/13/2009) 1. Final completion with lights, materials, and animation (Due Monday 11/16/2009) ? Please include a paragraph on what u have done for each phase. Incase you download any stuff from the internet, let me know the sites or any other source.? Please keep very simple lights but still presentable. I would prefer colonial furniture, if possible.
