I wrote exact the same program about 10 years ago in VB6 to make a SWIFT client for a large bank in Vietnam to use in its branches, of course without MT 940 & 950, so I know how to write this program without wasting your precious time answering naive questions. With 15 years of experience of professional software development, I'm confident that I can deliver the software in just 3 days with excellent quality.
