Small VB.net SQL Server project

Require small windows form app written in VB.net that allows users to paste in rows of varchar data from a spreadsheet. The paste can be done manually into the form from the spreadsheet, and will be about 100 - 200 rows at one time. Then a button needs to start the process: 1) In each row will be a string of between 50 and 80 characters. 2) The program will take each string in turn and submit it a SQL Server DB and call a table function 3) The table function will return 8 values. 4) The 8 values need to be displayed in a form to the user (along with a copy of the original string) 5) The user may edit the values 1 - 6, (7 and 8 are fixed so should be grey) and press - "Confirm" to write back to a DB, confirm written - "Recheck" to run the value against the stored procedure again and overwrite the values (back to step 5) -" Cancel" to ignore and move onto next row (step 2) 6) The program cycles through, removing the rows for the ones that are written, and retaining them in the original list. The 8 values are: 1- Invoice Number (varchar(40)) 2- Invoice Date (date) 3 - Start Date (date) 4 - End Date (date) 5 - Name (varchar(30)) 6 - Invoice Value (decimal)(7,2)) 7 - Database (varchar(20)) 8 - AM4 ID (varchar(16)) File attached with example strings.
