Translations from English to Turkish from an XML File

- Around 700 Translation keys in an XML files. Keys are already in English and needs to be translated. File must be edited with a software editor (exampl pspad or editplus or similar) and file MUST be saved in utf-8 format.
Example:
The file is composed by lines like these :

You ONLY NEED to translate the phrase between "![CDATA[" and "]]", so in this case the phrase to transate is : Percentage of correct answers for link "[title]"
DO NOT translate the html characters ( i.e. : &, ", ... )
DO NOT translate the words bracketed ( [title] [max_attempt] )
DO NOT translate all XML tag related to module ID: <module id="admin_faq"/>
