Hello
I would be interested in working on this as machine translations, no matter how good, are always a great challenge, especially where the wrong use of a synonym for a word is concerned.
I noticed in your corrected versions that there were still several mistakes.
In the first one, it is "4-5-year-old children", and it is "base values', not basement values.
It would be better to end by saying "frequently confirming suspected Hashimoto's Thyroiditis" (suspected means "possibly thought to be".
In the second one, "Of course" starts with a capital letter, "A clear trend" should also start with a capital letter. "Further involved" allows the sentence to make sense as 'involved' is missing.
I don't have an hourly rate for proofreading as it is usually based on a word count. It allows you to budget and stops your proofreader taking too much time. My rate-per-word is $20.00/1,000 words, so the cost for the whole project would be $2,400. However if there was time for me to do it in between other projects and a 2 month deadline was acceptable, I could reduce that down to $17.50/1,000 words.
Aside from my feedback and near-perfect completion rate, 100% on time, I hope the additional errors spotted woudl assure you that I proofread to a very high standard.
Please feel free to ask if you require any further information.
Kind Regards
David Dundas
