Arabic audio transcriptions translator

I need to transcript about 40 mints an audio file (there are 9 files, each is about 40 mints), no time line needed. two speaker: the interviewer and the interviewee. Please use the standard Arabic as much as possible rather than using the spoken dialect. You need to use punctuation to guide the reader understand the content and context. Clean verbatim required - i.e. every word except ums and ahs and stutters. In some, you could summarize (as less as possible) the interviewee speak, in order to keep his speak informative to a second reader. after you complete is transcription, then you need to translate it into English language .
