Translating / transcribing Interviews

I’m a PhD student in Anthropology and Development Studies. I’m doing my fieldwork for my S3 in Jakarta about the social protection system in Indonesia. I am looking for someone with near fluent English to help with transcription of interviews. I would like to work with someone located in Jakarta. It would be great if you had a background in the social sciences, but i am flexible. This would be a good job for a student look for some experience or part time work (hours very flexible). Some of the interviews are in English and some in Indonesian but they all need to be typed into English. So you will need to have good to fluent English for this job. The interviews are around 1 hour audio recordings, i have already conducted the interviews. I'm currently doing more interviews but am struggling to keep up to date with the transcribing, so i am looking to hire someone to help. Payment: fixed price per interview recording. I am offering RP100.000 for each interview (per audio recording). And the audio recordings are generally 1 hour (sometime shorter or a little longer) and after transcribing are between 3000-5000 words. The time it takes to transcribe will depend on your typing speed. The first job shall transcribe and translate only 1 interview record, with options to be rehired for other records if the result is good. Criteria of successfully accomplished task: 1.
