Let me offer you a strange but effective way. I will prepare you training videos covering all the basics of the programmes that you mentioned. I will make you also donwload it frm a website in mpeg format. This will allow you to practice in anytime that you need. Also you can refer to those training videos any time you need. By an online training, you will have only a chance and you can not go back for practise. I am working for a company (a part time freelancer :) and in my company, I am organizing training programmes for MS Office so I can guarantee that I know how to train. I am not sure about the length of the videos but especially for Word&Excel I will cover all the basics and some elementary points. Since having a training experience in Computer education for more than 2 Years i would like to stake my claim as a trainer.
