Design of Automobile part for manufacturing

I am a conceptual engineer with experience in research and development, product design and robotics. 2D drafting and 3D design are some of my specialization included in my skillset. But due to the reason that details regarding the project is not exposed, bid is not very accurate, it is the the average time wherein I could work on a project based in experience. Also to inform you, I use Autocad but the 2007 version, wherein I could not open higher version of files. Though files created can be opened in your end.
