I am a senior mechanical engineering student with great skills in design and prototyping. As a college student I have plenty of experience and practice of making a shotgun holes in beer cans, so I know exactly what you're talking about, and I know techniques that work and those that don't. Hello, I am not an engineer yet I have an idea about your bottle. We will make it as regular bottle when you look outside it will be no difference between the other bottles. However, we will place a system like vent inside and it will be connected to cap at the top by cylindrical pin. When you twist the cap to close the liquid flow system, small vents is going to slide vertically and enslave the liquid inside the bottle. When you twist it to open it, vents will be slide up and let the fluid free. I would like to discuss on the details. Warmest regards.
