Need my low-poly human 3D model to be checked to see if it's suitable for animation

I've a model of a very low-poly, stylized and basic human 3D model. It looks similar to this: [login to view URL] (but it's not this) I need someone to check to see if the arms, head, legs and torso can rotate and bend properly during animation, and if parts of the model is not suitable or incorrect, I need him to edit it so that it can be properly rigged and animated. Pls note that: 1) NO ANIMATION is required 2) The model only needs very very basic and simple movement, like bending of arms etc. It does not need to be smooth or realistic. It is ok even if the movement is robotic as long as the parts deform properly (ie: shoulder doesn't go distorted or haywire when arm bends) 3) I need a very basic rig setup in Cinema 4D and skin weight painting (absolute 100% hardness and weight on required parts).
