Rig and skin Biped Character

I need this biped character completely rigged; body rig, facial rig, and skinning. I need the following controls along with the basic: IK/FK switches for both feet and hands chest controls (blend shape for chest puffing) Clavicle controls Hair controls (Everything named bangs) Feet- all the basics (make sure there is bank attribute) Global control (smooth option for all individual geometry, and an on/off option for- facial controls) FACIAL Cheek controls (3 joints for upper cheek under eyes, 1 joint for cheek body for-puffing out) whole mouth translation control tongue controls Basic lip controls (4 joints per top and bottom lips, 1 in each corner of mouth) Nose controls (nostrils, nose tip, whole nose translate) Eye aim switch (Follow head on/off) Eyebrows (3-5 joints) forehead furrow (blend shape) *I prefer the facial rig to be done with joints and controls. Also I want the controls for the fingers and thumbs on the hand, not in the attribute editor. I need the rig completed in 1 one week.
