I'm in need of a well-spoken and assertive individual who can cold-call for my HR and Safety Consulting business. Your main role involves connecting with small to medium size businesses, and: - Generating sales leads - Setting appointments for our sales team The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, resilience to handle rejection, and proven experience in telemarketing, particularly creating a pipeline of appointments. A background in HR and safety consulting would also be advantageous but is not a prerequisite. An understanding of the business operation within these sectors will undeniably aid in this role. This project is for 25 completed appointments in Melbourne, Australia. If you do this project well, then we will look to engage you for ongoing work.
