Irish IT startup is looking for a business development representative (mainly appointment settling) who will reach out to a base of selected potential customers in the hospitality industry within Ireland. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, high-performing sales mindset and very good at handling/dealing with customer objections. The campaign is planned to start ASAP, with the following specs: - Initial target (Phase 1): +200 prospects - Call times: between 10am-1pm & 3pm-5pm (approx. 5h/day) - Platform: CRM based + phone (VoIP) access provided - Remuneration: hourly rate + lead-identified bonus Upon successful completion of the Phase 1 (and upcoming Phase 2 & 3), there is a sales development opportunity for the freelancer to become Key Account Executive with full-time benefits.
