Hi, I need advice to be prepared and in law compliance regarding Taxes for my startup. My current challenge is related to Tax applied to equipment I'm selling to my customer... Some details of my company. - We are a SaaS bootstraped company. - We have grown to 10 employees 90% of them in different countries. - The company is an LLC registered in Delaware. - We've been working since January 2019 - We started making money from Project Management/Development services in December 2019. - We landed another contract in July 2020 for Software subscriptions. - Our Office is located in Texas Our questions are related to Tax. - How should we charge for it, how should we pay it, how should we keep track of them. - Also, how does employee taxes/social related taxes apply? -And possible, more related questions. We want to keep track of our income and spending internally (bookkeeping), we need best practices to have it in the best law compliance way possible. Thank you for your help. Hours to be determined
