Hi there !, we can accomplish this requirement by configuring a host with a web load balancer like nginx, this host will be responsible for balancing all the request from the internet to each underlying node. On the other hand, you believe that the current server is overloaded for another reason beyond the load generated by the visits? Regards!

I manage sites with multimillion views per day, however you can get a much faster site if you can live without cpanel. cPanel limits some of the features that can be installed, like nginx as proxy with ssl and customized configs and caching. It's possible to do a bit of optimising with your current setup but if done properly with a fresh server with linux, nginx, php/mysql, it can be much faster and most likely don't need loadbalancing for this load, depending on what kind of site it is.
