Fix repeat email account in Outlook 2010

I recently migrated a clients website (NAC) onto my server. He used Outlook 2010 as the client and IMAP protocol to sync his email. He had the old server loaded onto Outlook, and after I migrated the website to my own server he had to change it. What he did was: 1) Delete the old email account 2) Made the new account What happened? Now he has two inboxes, NAC, and NAC (1). NAC is configured to the old server and is disabled, so not working. NAC (1) is synced to the new server and works. The client wants me to advise him on how to remove the NAC (old) inbox so he can just have the NAC (1) inbox on outlook. Ive already gone to account settings -> email -> remove and there is nothing available. Please help me!
