Sourcing. Cost of 3G Stick & Router

Hello. I need to know the Bill of Material cost for two products. It's important, that the main Chips are NOT comeing from China. its important to the chips are not produced in china. I only need to know the Material cost. 3G USB Stick - QTY 600.000 pcs 3G Router with 4 LAN Ports and Wireless LAN - QTY 200.000 pcs Only Hardware costs without enclosure. Again: NO CHIPS MADE IN CHINA!
