sql stored procedure to drop indexes and rebuild them on differnet filegroup

I have database with a 2 tables and about 25 indexes. I need a stored procedure that will drop all the indexes and re-create them in a different filegroup within the same database. I will provide the schema for the tables and the names of indexes that need to be re-created. the stored procedure should take databasename, tablename and new filegroup as parameters. The list of indexes can be hard-coded in the stored procedure itself. I would like this to be complete tomorrow no Saturday 9AM GMT if possible
