We have been trying to set up a Groupwareserver running SOGo with the help of a freelancer. While the freelancer did a good job he just stopped working after some time and is not reachable anymore.
The server is currently running SOGo on CentOS6, Apache, LDAP, Postfix and some more I can send you information about if requested. Right now our biggest problems are:
Multidomain functionality is restricted (info@ [login to view URL] is also received by info@ [login to view URL])
Syncing in Outlook is restricted but has not always been. We think this may be a size limit.
No working web based domain and account handling.
(Lack of documentation for us to work with the server.)
Your task would be to fix these problems. Alternatively a new setup would be possible.
The system should run on a
Virtual Server, hosted
CentOS 6.x, Debian or Ubuntu (your choice)
Apache preinstalled
Otherwise clean setup
Prerequisites:
Apache configured for virtual hosts (4+ domains)
SSL (no wildcard, certificates available)
Database server (recommended by the SOGo guys: PostgreSQL 7.4+)
LDAP server (recommended by the SOGo guys: Open LDAP 2.3.x+)
SMTP server (recommended by the SOGo guys: Postfix 2.x)
IMAP server (recommended by the SOGo guys: Cyrus IMAP server 2.3.x+)
While the recommendations are not binding we’d like to stick to some standard, so well-known replacements are possible ;-)
The usual protection against spam and viruses (e.g. AMaViS, ClamAV and SpamAssassin)
Requirements:
SOGo 2.15+ with MAPI and ActiveSync support, multi domain support (4+), centralized (webbased) domain and user configuration, authentication with LDAP (locally installed)
Webaccess to Sogo on [login to view URL]
We are willing to pay the following rates (negotiatable):
200€ for fixing our problems (listed above)
450€ for a new setup (with functionality listed above)
150€ for documentation that allows us to completely manage the server on our own (can be combined with both other cases)
Additional requirements:
Sufficient knowledge of English or German language to prevent communication errors
You work in a quick pace (there is no time pressure, but we are not willing to wait for multiple months without any results again)
If you do a good job there will be additional tasks in the future that we will of course pay for.
