We need a Windows program (MS Server 2008) to retrieve data from a MS SQL 2008 database according to a predefined algorithm and output the data to a flat file - constantly. Program does NOT have to run as a service, but of course it can. In a second phase we also need to process e-mails and lookup the same database and then take action like sending an e-mail with relevant content to another e-mail address. This phase is not part of the project, but is a follow on project which we will insert here seperately.

Hi, This can be achieved by designing a windows service that will pull data from SQL Server database and save that data at particular location in form of CSV/DAT file. Data can be retrieved using Stored Procedure and algorithm logic can be written in this SP. I have 7 years experience in C# and SQL Server.
