iPhone 5 (and 4) app for getting live financial information

I need an iPhone 5 and 4 app made. The purpose of this app is to look up live stock information. I will provide the design, detail descriptions of each page and each button/option, and the database of words. I will also need the coding provided (on milestones) so I can load it into XCode and check it. I would like to the code to have comments in it as well. You should know how to connect to live stock information on the internet through the app to get live data for the app to use. Everything will be inside the app, no servers or databases outside of the app of our own, so the source of the stock information needs to be someone else. I am willing to spend up to $200 USD for a fully functional version, and another $100 maximum for some changes and updates later. I would like it to be complete by March 20th.
