In search of a developer to build an app to display all the football games odds movements. Requirements: - The app should show all the games listed by 1) BY DATE AND TIME , 2) BY LEAGUE, 3) ODDS MOVEMENT FOR THE LAST PERIOD ( FROM: DATES OR HOURS ON MINUTES), 4) ODDS INCREASE OR DECREASE FOR A PERCENTAGE AND DIRECTION - Should Show liquidity of soccer games and volume of money in each market - I need the software to alert sending an email when there's an odds change Example: [login to view URL] No need to place bet's or any other functions. The requirements are simple and if you have any experience with Betfair API this should be doable in a very short time. VERY IMPORTANT: IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH MY BUDGET DONT BID
