Write some Software : Web Browser Unsafe Download Box

I need a javascript (or other language) function that will bypass the Internet Explorer Download warning box. I have a safe and harmless application .exe that I want visitors to my websites to download without being confronted by the generic file warning potentially damagaging software whenever it sees a .exe extension. Probably a javascript file that will find and automatically click run on the box to get it to disappear and start the download process without user input. Or any other method that you know of to take care of this problem.
