Write software to Create Excel sheet with results from Masterdata "Excel"

Ths Excel request. Doc, contain the description. also, the pm request excel file. is the how the result will look like. the masterdata excel file is the main master data which will always has the same structure and has all the data. Description: Create an automated way to create the PMS request file. Which can create it from getting the data from Masterdata file. (All file attached) Equipment Code= can be found in Masterdata file Column (Q) “EQ-Code” PM Procedure = this need to check from masterdata file EQ-Code Column (Q) , and check which standard it’s using “Eq-Std Code” Column B. and then go to STD sheet in Masterdata file and match the Eq-std code from EQ sheet to Column O “Standard” from STD sheet. When the match found check all the range of green “Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual, Annual” When you found any Procedure, copy it to the PMS. If there is multiple procedures. Like in monthly and annual e.g. You copy the EQ in squense row. And copy the same data, but the 1st row all informations and one procedure “the monthly e.g.” and 2nd row will contain the EQ and the annual procedure.
