I need a telegram members adding script using python program only with below given sepicifications...... [login to view URL] login but api id and hash id should not need in script [login to view URL] should contain ban filter (after using script account should not get ban) [login to view URL] only last 24hrs active members [login to view URL] scrapping members it should save in csv file and columns should contain user id user name, hash id ,phone numbers. [login to view URL] messages in bulk of scraped active members(if number is limited then that account should not be use and after sending message limit is over it should stop and go to next account) [login to view URL] should be a login filter(that means if any ban accounts and limitations then that accounts should not use while adding) [login to view URL] adding members it should ask wheather I want to add members using user id or user name You have to tell me which commands should use for this script. If you can do above mentioned specifications only bid it ,don't waste my time .If this features does not there,you get nothing ,keep in mind and bid it

I have a script which do exactly what you asked for. I only need to add the bulk message features. It can be added with an hour. I need further instruction on how to proceed with messaging. It will skip blocked members and also maintains a list of relieving date and so on.
