Sharepoint & Powershell Workflow to create project folders

High level overview: My customer requires a simple front end and script to perform the following task. 1. Present a webpage via their Sharpeoint Foundation (SBS 2011) site to request some information including "project or tender" & "project name" & "list of members" 2. Create a Project ID and store it. We need be both "projectID' and "tenderID" however a ProjectID should not be able to exist if TenderID exists. (We apply for a tender and win it, then the TenderID would become the ProjectID. Some projects may be created directly without Tenders) 3. Query all AD user objects and populate "list of members" on WFE to be selected for group 3. Create an AD group based on "ProjectID" and "project name" and "list of members" 4. Create a folder or set of folders from a template, into place on the local disk. 5. Apply permissions as designed to Folder at Step4 (permissions to be based on AD group at #3) 6. Iterate and save the ID so the next time the workflow is run, a sequential ID is generated. This will need to have a Sharepoint Foundation based Workflow at the front end and ideally utilise powershell to make the LDAP and NTFS calls. Please query any concerns you have and estimate pricing. You will need to be able to design and implement a test environment on your own platform; once ready you will need to provide deployment instructions for our platform (basically completely standard, out-of-box SBS 2011)
