I am looking for a freelancer to develop a desktop software with a general idea in mind. The software can be developed using any programming language as per the freelancer's preference. Project Requirements: - Develop a desktop software with specific features and functionalities based on the client's general idea - The software should be user-friendly and easy to navigate - It should have a clean and intuitive interface - The software should be compatible with Windows Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in desktop software development - Experience in developing user-friendly interfaces - Knowledge of different programming languages, such as Java, Python, and C++ - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently What should the software do: The basis is a video of a walk through a shopping store. In the video you can see products with corresponding barcodes attached to the frame. Ex: 666240100000. Using the mouse, the viewer can virtually move forward, backward and zoom in on frames in this video. When he zooms over a barcode with the mouse, information about the product is displayed. When he clicks on a barcode, the Internet browser opens and a website with URL like this opens: [login to view URL] The creation of this interactivity should be possible without any additional manual effort. Just choosing a new video and the software produces this interactivity.
