Digital Label Associate Manager and Producer

Looking to hire an associate manager that's able to do a range of things from updating websites, emailing clients, speaking on phones, and posting press releases as communicate by me. Within the need to have my production and organizations to have various agents that are speaking on my behalf as the owner and investor; I am looking to get an Agent of whom is added on the team as the communications agent of whom is able to speak to the various models, artists, act as human resources, and even do things like interviews as well as support various grievances. I am a land use and digital developer of whom works from home writing scripts, developing websites, and presenting film and music videos. While I work within residential and commercial real estate; I do want an agent who is able to speak to locations for bookings, manage my booking calendar for various inquiries who either want to book me; or engage me, but as someone that reports to be on the various inquiries, I do need to really have that position between my properties and various staff for them to understand that as a business man, I have a range of staff that's hired to not only represent me at a range of stages, but are able to support the need to replan the calendar with an understanding that as events is down at the moment, my time to communicate to multiple people at the same time is not my priority within me getting into a range of seller buyer dispute within my residential real estate. Ideally if you are a developer with customer service experience of whom can take on back end and front end work, that would also compliment my work as a landuse and digital developer; but as I am looking to hire an internal associate dealing with backend conversations with some of the incoming talents while being able to managing human resources, interviews, orientation and more as internal logistics, I am looking for someone who wants to be added on the team for day to day relationship within me looking at keeping this person on for the year at a salary level where each day is different. While I have a range of residential and commercial work within managing a range of volunteer organizations as an event producer; I am looking for someone who is agile and competitive so this way by adding them to the team to represent me; it doesn't mean i'm loosing time given this position crates a bureaucratic stage. As a project manager, scrum master and someone with a focus on being able to manage multiple projects, organizing my client list within my various workload of which i cannot focus on at this point of needing to bring in this assistant, I'm looking for someone able to support me as the owner and jump into my systems as a scrum master to keep everyone focused on the various action items and speak to people with articulate english and management. If you have engineering experience that would be perfect as I am a public health scientist within being an infrastructure designer, so depending on your abilities within project management being the priority; I will be able to decide. Please note that as this is a communication and management position focus is on outsourcing work of which the position is salaried within their being weekly meetings as well as daily and minutely conversations through whatsapp; emails, Google Hangout and much more within you working remotely and spending the next year learning. There is a high learning curve as you are jumping into things as an emergency.
