Haven't had specific experience with software you mention, but have been working with wide variety of data formats, migrations and conversions. I can write a software that can design several separate files by measuring the rate of the reaction as you required. This would be a software for Windows machines. If this is ok for your otherwise i am comfortable to write the software for any other platform as well. I would also require to take a look at your Strathkelvin software and directory structure with the data files.
