We are a company that is in the process of building a custom website based on a standard LAMP architecture. We currently are looking for someone who has experience creating a more advanced web application architecture with load balancing and failover systems (preferably on AWS or similar). While we will be doing most of the coding, we would need you to be able to audit the code and make sure everything is correct. The goal here is to launch the final product with assurances that somehow who has this technical know-how has reviewed and confirmed that everything is up to best practices standards.

Dear Sir, I have read your Project Description and understood the basic requirements but I was wondering, if you have more detailed specs or list of features? As you know that cost of any Application depends on the overall features/tasks & scope of work, so can you please spare some time & write high level list of features/tasks in a word document, just bullet points high level points for us to estimate it precisely. You don't have to write big paragraph but just high level bullet points features are fine, as all our developers team are experienced, so we can easily understand the scope of work.
