I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the lauguage is c++ under linux os. So, programming in c++ is never a problem. I used c++ to make many great projects, for example, I made the tools which can convert java files to c++ with the same meaning, of course garbage collection included. I made our own mobile game using c++, I even can show you the demo of client. Trust me, please let expert help you.

Hi, Since you referred to as a syncing application that connects to your server. Basically we would need to use the File Transfer Protocol to connect to the user's file system on your server and sort of setup a bridge between the two. The software will have crons setup that checks for changes within the folder at certain periods of time and updates the backend server automatically. This typically involves transfer of huge volume data and constant connection. It needs massive testing and can be done in VB .NET. We don't need web developers for this. Thanks!!

I have worked on aws api in java. So in jave a simple application can be made to run and to synchronize the files in a particular directory. Authorization of an account can be done by rest or soap api. And synchronization can continue. Hence : 1. Run the service in particular interval in the win machine. 2. Authorize the account. 3. Synchronize the contents/files. Thanks.
