Shopify section adjustment

Hello, I have a basic shopify store, with a theme, I would like to have: 1. a welcoming page with a enter button and a paragraph, before getting into the homepage, similar to [login to view URL], we will have a simple fade in of paragraph and enter button below the p. 2. In homepage there are a text and image section where the text box will fade in while scrolling, I would love to make it slide in while scrolling instead of fading in. Attached picture demonstrate how we like the slide-in animation to take place We have more but this is the basic, let's see you these are all feasible first if you could provide some projects link of sample that you had previously involved in, that would be so much better!
