Virtual Assistant with SEO and Digital Marketing Experience

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team at Groom. As a VA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). In addition to SEO expertise, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Responsibilities: - Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and trends - Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page elements, to improve organic search visibility - Perform regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues - Monitor and report on website performance metrics using SEO tools and analytics platforms - Assist in the creation and implementation of SEO strategies and initiatives - Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices - Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and email management - Assist with content creation and editing, ensuring it is optimized for SEO purposes - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels - Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with our online community - Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve our digital marketing efforts and overall business operations Requirements: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on SEO and digital marketing - In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies, techniques, and best practices - Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools - Strong understanding of website optimization, including on-page and technical SEO - Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Preferred Skills: - Experience with social media management and content creation - Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaigns - Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite - Knowledge of other digital marketing channels and strategies, such as SEM and social media advertising To apply, please submit the following: 1.
