Help my clients do SEO, run Ads, create bookings, and occasionally design websites

Job Title: SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist I am not looking to hire through the site freelancer. I am looking to sign a contract under US law and then pay you through whatever method is best. If you only work through freelancer, please do not apply for this job. I run an agency. I do not need you to do SEO for me or create me a website. However, I am looking for someone who can do SEO, create ads, schedule bookings, and sometimes create websites for 1-7 businesses a month. I will connect you with multiple businesses and all the information you need each month. Your job is to provide every single one of the clients with your services and most importantly getting each and every business 15 bookings per month. Once you have created the 15 bookings, I will pay you in full. Responsibilities: Optimize websites for search engines through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building Create and manage Facebook and other types of ads Book and manage appointments for businesses Create and design websites for clients Collaborate with team members and clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies Monitor and analyze website and ad performance to continuously improve results Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies Be able to manage 1-6 businesses every month, guaranteeing they all receive 15 bookings each Requirements: Proven experience in SEO optimization, Facebook and other types of ads, file bookings and appointments for businesses, and website creation and design Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: This can be a commission-based position, or you can send me your own prices for SEO, ads, and bookings as well as website creation. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and take on more work, which means more money. We will pay you after the 15 bookings requirement has been met If you need some initial money for ads, please let me know so we can agree on a number. Bookings: Each month we guarantee businesses their money back if we don't get them 15 bookings. You will also be required to get 15 bookings per month for each business, or we are not obligated to pay you.
