Google Adwords Pay-Per-Click Create Ad Campaigns

Do you have experience creating Google Adwords Ad Campaigns? Do you have references and examples? Do you have a proven track record for delivering high PPC conversion rates. 1) We need someone to: create effective ad campaigns, ad group, and ads 2) generate effective keywords etc. 3) get a CTR of 2% for these ads for Google Adwords campaigns. Thanks! ## Deliverables Deliverable is one (1) Google Adwords ad campaign, with Seller's recommended number of Ad Groups and Ad variations. That delivers at least a 2% click through rate ([login to view URL] ) of Buyer's Target Audience. Improved Quality Score of at least 6/10 on keywords/ads.? We are looking for conversion of clicks to actual sales of our offering. We need a very fast turn-around on this project please. Produce finished content that will be accessed by the public on our website(s). Contractor/seller represents that he/she possesses the skills and abilities necessary to work as a team player. Contractor/Seller to do their own quality assurance testing/evaluation of their own work prior to submitting it as complete. Contractor/Seller will be allowed a maximum of three attempts at producing satisfactory (to us the Buyer/Client) deliverables. If, Contractor/Seller cannot produce satisfactory content deliverable by the initial deadline stated herein, the project will be canceled. Contractor/Seller will have access to Adword reports as the primary tool for advising Buyer on ongoing changes. Adwords reports will be used in order to provide Buyer with information about changes that need to be made per the recommendations of? Contractor/Seller. Healthy bonus incentives are offered if Contractor/Seller provides a satisfactory deliverable before initial deadline and/or for great results. Client/Buyer will disperse bonus(es) that are commensurate with Contractor/Sellers ability to achieve the objective at Client/Buyers sole discretion (bonus(es) will be added to the monies paid to you upon receipt of the final deliverable and/or during project). All work deliverables will be the property of the Client/Buyer upon full payment to Contractor/Seller. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). These are "get to know you projects" which may lead to many other projects (we have 30 now), depending on performance. Contractor/Seller must conduct his/herself in a professional manner and have excellent communication skills. We are looking to build long-term relationships with the Contractor/Seller as we would be an ongoing source of new projects for the right Contractor/Seller.
