Experienced Appointment Setter for Cold Leads - Must have excellent American English accent

I am looking for 2 experienced business development sales resources who are able to cold call prospects over the telephone. We will provide a list of prospects and a script to follow to book appointments for a sales presentation. Our product is a software solution and having some technical knowledge is helpful. The role will include the following daily activities: 1) Become a part of our business development team to cold call prospects and set appointments. 2) Must be able to understand how a software product can be used the prospect to answer questions. 3) Follow up with customers if required to book appointments. 4) May be required to send an email to the prospect so good written English is required. 5) Incentives for greater production. Will discuss with successful candidate, but will be on a per appointment show up incentive. The successful candidate must: 1) have excellent English and be very clear on the phone. Would like someone who has an American accent if possible. 2) have 5-10 years of experience doing cold outreach (phone prospecting) and or call center experience. 3) Must be willing to work Monday to Friday from 10am EST to 1pm EST. This role is a part time role and can possibly expand with the right candidate. 4) Must be consistent and organized in order to deliver results. The candidate must book appointments daily to keep the pipeline full. The expectation is to book 2-3 Appts per day. Please provide a recording of your voice in mp3 or wave format with your application. Please record the following Script: "[You]: Hey Rick it’s Calvin calling. Good afternoon to you. [Prospect]: ... [You]: Rick the reason I’m calling is we have created a software tool that increases revenue 30% over 18 months by eliminating paperwork. To be sure I’m not wasting your time, do you currently use paper to process work orders, invoices, and quotes? [Prospect]: ... [You]: It’s Calvin Mortley and I’m with Cal Software. Did you know that if you’re using paper it takes you, on average, twenty-seven and a half minutes longer to process the work order, invoice and quote per service call than if you’re using software to automate the workflow? Over thousands of calls a year, how much do you think that is costing you?"
