BookBook: Field Sales Representative (B2B) - Beauty and Wellness Industry Location: Central London Job Type: Full-Time, Initial One Month Trial Salary: £2,000 per month net with performance-based incentives About BookBook: BookBook is revolutionizing the beauty and wellness industry by connecting high- quality salons with tech-savvy consumers through our innovative mobile app. We're looking for dynamic and driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our network of outstanding salons and increase app engagement. Job Description: As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting approximately 50 top-tier salons daily, promoting our unique platform, and securing new partnerships. You will play a key role in driving our expansion, ensuring high user engagement, and maintaining the quality standards our brand is known for. Responsibilities: Daily outreach to 50 salons within Central London, using both face-to-face interactions and occasional Zoom calls. Adhere to a distinctive pink business dress code and maintain a memorable presence with BookBook-themed makeup and manicure. Deliver concise and compelling sales pitches, ensuring each interaction lasts no longer than 10 minutes. BookBook: Field Sales Representative B2B  Beauty and Wellness Industry 1 Track sales cycle durations and manage follow-up discussions with salon representatives regarding API integrations, design frameworks, and payment setups. Distribute approximately 3,000 promotional QR-coded leaflets weekly. Utilize provided spreadsheets for basic sales funnel analysis. Achieve monthly targets of 150 salons signed and 3,000 app downloads to qualify for performance bonuses. Provide real-time geolocation updates during field movements. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or tech industries. Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management. Proficient in Excel and capable of managing basic sales data analysis. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to commit to BookBook's unique brand and sales approaches. Must be organized, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet sales targets. Compensation and Incentives: Monthly salary of £2,000 after taxes. Promising £4,000 compensation following a successful trial month. Performance bonuses: £1,500 for signing up 150 salons and £1,000 for achieving 3,000 app downloads.
