Studio Automation & Simulation Development

I'm looking for an expert in automation and simulation to assist in a pivotal development project for my studio. The focus is on two crucial areas: 1. Automation: The aim is to automate equipment setup, calibration, audio and video editing, and lighting control. Any practical experience in these areas will be of great value. 2. System Simulation: The primary need in this area is in the simulation of electrical and mechanical systems. The simulation process should primarily test functionality and ease of use.
