Urgently need ELDER ABUSE & DISPUTES RE: TRUST & POA, Fiduciary Breach, Undue Influence

My dad is 89 with dementia. My mom is unable to handle anything medical, financial, or anything that is not "reward-driven." She is addicted to gambling. She appointed me as the POA and Co-Trustee after she abused my dad and put him in the hospital. She did not even go to the hospital for days, but I did drive in from out of town and began the process of helping my dad get safe, get off the crazy meds, get the catheter off, and I got him a 7x24 caregiver to move in back at the home so he would be protected. I stayed in a hotel for a long time. My brother is obsessed with my parents' money, and when he learned I was named as POA, he flew in from Vegas, took my 87 yr mom to attorney and revoked all authority assigned to me. He fired dad's caregiver on the spot, and notified me on a text from his phone that I had no power, could never see my dad again, if i came to the home, they would call the sheriff and he accused me of every elder crime you can think of. He lied saying that my mom had already reported me to Adult Protective Services and the Sheriff. He did all this to ensure that my mom would give the titles (money) to him, and he accused me of bad things and convinced my mom to be scared, because a permanent outcome like " "never come to the house or see dad again" helps my brother then, tell my mom, you have to cut her out of the will. It is important to say, that MY BROTHER had NOT BEEN TO SACRAMENTO to VISIT MY DAD in OVER TWO YEARS. MY BROTHER had also NOT SPOKEN TO MY MOTHER in MONTHS. HE HAD NOT SPOKEN TO ME IN MONTHS EITHER, and HE NEVER SPOKE TO ME during these accusations, but also to understand if this would harm my dad (it would)...or to even ask who I was dealing with at HOSPICE, or what MEDS to give MY DAD at WHAT TIMES. My mom bought my dad's casket MONTHS AGO, and my BROTHER also thinks it is time for dad to GO. MY MOM wants the freedom to gamble and have strange men over (which she is already doing)...and my brother wants to save every penny toward the INHERITANCE he has been obsessed with for years. I got an ATTORNEY who said she could deal with these URGENT ISSUES, but SHE HAS ACTUALLY been totally unable to do ANYTHING AT ALL. She took 10K and has never delivered ANY WORK PRODUCT nor has she kept her promises, nor has she complied when i told her I want to PART WAYS and get whatever REMAINS IN RETAINER, she just says NO. So, that has created so much extra damage. It has taken my MONEY, MY TIME, CAUSED ME HUGE STRESS because I kept believing SHE WAS GOING TO FINALLY FIX her INEPT & UNETHICAL legal practices, but EACH TIME, she just disappears. THIS IS URENT. MY DAD LOST HIS DAUGHTER & HIS CAREGIVER, who had been by his side through it all for 3 months straight and was living with him 7x24. WE WERE HIS SAFETY, and he was left in the house with my ABUSIVE MOTHER. MY BROTHER is committing Fiduciary Breach because my dad is one of the Co-Trustees on their millions of dollars, but my BROTHER, REMOVED HIS CARE. That was an act for SELFISH GAIN, but harmful to the beneficiary. He also was deceptive with FRAUD, writing messages TO ME from HIS PHONE, but also FROM MY MOMS PHONE "as if he was my mom" in response to ME. (UNDUE INFLUENCE). I have not seen my dad since MID SEPTEMBER when I was seeing him EVERY DAY. MY BROTHER also said i COULD NEVER SEE MY DAD AGAIN ... & in CALIFORNIA, that is not within the LAW. My dad BENEFITS from seeing me, but honestly, I WAS SAVING MY DAD's LIFE while my brother was laying by his pool. He FLEW IN TO TOWN, TOOK AWAY my dad's PROTECTION, SAFETY, MEDICAL TEAM, FAMILY, LOVE & ATTENTION ... and he immediately flew back to VEGAS, leaving my dad TOTALLY DEPRIVED. I NEED HELP. I do have documents that are helpful, but I need to see if anyone is even a good match or interested in this CALIFORNIA CASE. I am located in SF, CA. My dad (and the home/mom) are in SACRAMENTO, CA. My BROTHER, lives in HENDERSON, NEVADA.
