Restaurant Design and Business Plan

I require someone to do the following : 1. Provide me with an in-depth business plan with financial projections 5 years that has market research about Mauritian Market (and in specific a mall in Mauritius- I will provide the name later , with specific reference to clientele and target market ) . 2. design a store concept for me with store sizes and floor plan , requirements of operation , breakdown of equipment needed , management structure and visual images . I will provide examples of stores that you can use as reference for style / images / look and feel etc .
