Opportunity The greatest personal development teachers of our time have joined forces to bring their transformational wisdom to the masses. Our organization is blessed with the task of producing and curating their content to be entertaining, profound, and easily digestible for the masses. The content will be available online as well as in-person through a series of live events. Examples of companies with similar missions include Mindvalley and Summit Series. This is a fully-funded start-up lead by two visionaries who are looking for team members ready to fulfill the organization's operational duties. The first team members brought onto our team will be personal assistants. The main duties of the personal assistants are listed below. Please answer as many of our questions Duties: Taking Notes: We’re looking for someone who loves writing notes as if they were listening to a college professor while preparing for an exam. Organizing: The notes taken will need to be organized into areas such as to-do lists, tasks, and idea boards. In this role, you will pay special attention to the priority of details. Action Items: Daily tasks include writing and maintaining schedules and executing tasks, calls, + research in accordance to business operations. R&D: Provide valuable insight into particular industries, achievements of thought leaders, and other materials to support the business needs. The team may ask you to conglomerate data or perform a brief synopsis on individuals and organizations alike. Communications: You will be managing the schedule of the founder and CEO. You will manage speaking appointments and set reminders through our CRM system. Personal Errands: This takes an attitude of no task being too big or too small. Our schedules will be hectic and sometimes we will need personal errands such and running to shops, picking up food, or light cleaning.
