Need Simple 3D model and render of top view of paper polygon brain

Below there is an image labeled "brain" which show a brain illustrated through a polygon form made from paper. I need a 3D model and photorealistic render of a top view of that model made from paper, with the perspective of shadows exactly like that of the example image render labeled as "ball" in the files. I have attached files as "braintop view" to give a little perspective of what the top view shape of the brain feels like. Note: I don't need one with many complex polygons, the relative density should be the same as the polygon density in the "ball" image.
