Find Me Pearl Buyer Reps, Job Applicants in Zhejiang China

I need someone to post my Pearl Buyer representative job in Zhejiang province, China. You must be an expert on finding new job recruits in China. I will need to be contacted by 20 qualified applicants that have the qualifications I am looking for. The applicants must live in Zhejiang Province. Preferrably near Shanxiahu, Ningbo, Yiwu, Shengzhou, Zhuji, Hangzhou. I will provide the job details to those interested in my bid. You will have 5 days to complete this task. I will not release the escrow until the 20 qualified applicants have contacted me within the 10 days of awarding the bid.
