I can write an algorithm for paper, rock, scissors running in cmd. 1. Run the code 2. Choose paper/rock/scissors 3. Algorithm randomly chooses from one of those three 4. Displays result (win/lose/tie) 5. Play again or exit the program. Algorithm would have a comment for every line, so your brother would know exactly what the program is doing step by step. p.s. - My bid is low as I'm newbie around here, and thus reference is important to me.

I have worked on a video rendering engine based on OpenGL 3.3 and Python as the programming language. With over 3 years of experience of writing code in Python, I know the complexities and memory errors which a naive programmer can commit. For execution of the project, I will create the script suiting your requirements first. After checking the functionality, I will make an iteration if required.
