Running Xgboost Machine learning model for signal data(CSV) in offline mobile application OPEN Details

I have created Machine learning model on signal data ( csv format ) using Xgboost library.

Model is working fine in Python on cloud. I want it to run on mobile application in offline mode. Can you do this?
