openstack nova modification

hello i have openstack already installed and i need someone to help me with a small modification on the nova-scheduler i need someone to add 2 extra parametres in nova-scheduler so when a vm is creating, it will select the appropriate machine to be created on, according to the 2 extra parametres. Right now, if i am not wrong, nova-sceduler takes into account available memory and available space and then selects the machine on which the vm will be placed/created on. i want to add 2 more parametres so they are taken in considearaion along with the default two (cpu, ram). the new 2 parametres will be network throuput and geolocation. once done the above, i need someone to explain me in detail what he has done and how (i want to see the exact parts that he has touched), so i can learn from this project thank you
