Odoo UI and Workflow Enhancement

I'm seeking an experienced Odoo developer to execute customizations on my application. The job entails two primary tasks: 1. User Interface: - I need a complete color scheme alteration across the application to reflect brand identity. - A rearrangement of the existing layout to enhance user experience, including but not limited to editing forms, buttons and text, is also required. 2. Workflows: - The existing workflow steps need to be modified to improve processes and increase efficiency. The ideal freelancer will have exceptional experience and knowledge of Odoo applications, front end design (including color theory and UX design principles) and understanding of workflow automation. Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design will be crucial.
