Please write "I read the proposal" if you bid so I know you've read the proposal. I need a program that will scrape all the followers of an Instagram user. For example, if I choose MarcJacobsIntl, it will scrape all 475,865 users from [login to view URL] and export in a csv file. I don't care how the user ID's are scraped - you can use instagram, statigram, or go directly through their API. Note if the scraper stops working, I will be emailing you. Also, the scraper has to export the users in ID format. For example, instead of MarcJacobsIntl, it should say "1024067" in the CSV. Email me with any questions. Thanks!
