I have extensive background in US IT recruitment (US Staffing) affairs for over thirteen years in acquiring partnerships for recruitment and professional services in staffing, engaging in end to end recruitment thereby increasing revenues for organizational growth, involved in analyzing various opportunities for process improvement and implementation with various industry domains. As a Recruitment Head, I have generated revenue US $0.5 million to $1.5 million and above every year with my team and helped them in achieving their numbers in Sales and Recruitment delivery as well. Responsible for 60-70% work assignments from the U.S. (Tristate, West Coast and Washington, DC); acquired more than ten clients in U.S. around W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp. Fulfilled client needs by handling client relations, acquire new business generation, deal with In-house talent hiring, participate in global recruitment and sales delivery by planning effective team management strategies and working towards revenue generation. Responsible for lead generation, business development of US IT Staffing services and managing the entire account activities, including team management, training new hires, supporting, motivating and helping team members to obtain common business objectives. Brought in three direct client accounts and two implementation partner accounts for the organization and increased business inflow of US IT Staffing requirements.
